William’s passion for the law and helping those through difficult circumstances in their lives and businesses is unmatched. He brings a thoughtful and client oriented approach to ensure that clients are taken care of from day one with the firm. As a Partner at LGL he maintains an active general practice in many facets of law, including but not limited to civil litigation, family law, estate planning, business formation and business law, probate, real estate transactions (both residential and commercial), and debt collection.
As an attorney, William understands that often times individuals and businesses need his services on both their best, and their worst days. His guidance has helped countless clients reach their goals, and shape their professional and personal futures. Williams’ goal is to provide advice to his clients that is comprehensive. He approaches each problem a client faces with an open mind, and knows that nothing in personal or business matters is truly black and white. Creativity, thoroughness, and a detail oriented approach to any legal issue is crucial to the successful resolution of any matter for a client.
William is an Iowa native, having grown up in Des Moines, and lived in Central Iowa most of his life. He received his Bachelor of the Arts at George Mason University in Government and International Politics in 2010, and his Juris Doctorate from Drake University with High Honors in 2014. He currently resides in Bondurant, Iowa with his wife and two children.
William is actively involved in the community with the Ankeny Chamber of Commerce, and many other community organizations. He works closely with community leaders as part of his desire to help give back to members of the community.
